Service Description

The Nanny Professional Development Track consist of 4 of our Signature Classes. the classes are 2-hours each (giving you 8-hours of Training). Set up as monthly, virtual, group style sessions, your instructors are all industry experienced professionals ready to help you Level-Up! The classes scheduled for this learning track are listed below: - Understanding Your Unique Nannying Style (Friday, March 20th, 2026) This training will help you learn more about your style of rearing children based on your personality and belief system. We will discuss how your style of nannying can help determine job choices during the interview process, and how you can better connect with your employers. - The Art of the Interview (Friday, April 17th, 2026) Your interview is the most important part of your pre-work relationship. It is where you start your negotiations, and make the first impression. In this training we will focus on silent search, questions that trigger answers, how to present yourself in the best light, and how to steer the conversation. - Normalizing Self-Esteem & Self-Care (Wednesday, May 20th, 2026) This session is all about You, the Person! How are you balancing your life? Is it reflecting in your countenance at work? Are you disciplined, goal-oriented, taking care of yourself, being kind to you? These are things we will address in this session, and see what goals we can create to motive you! The Goal is Work-Life Balance! - Starting the Hard Conversations (Friday, June 19th, 2026) This interactive session will be all about Learning and Practicing the Sandwich Method to start hard conversations. We learn techniques to help keep a tough conversation from becoming toxic and leading to misunderstanding. Join us for these 4 immersive classes!

Confidentiality: Your trust is our priority. All personal and professional information shared during consulting, mediation, or coaching sessions remains strictly confidential. Information will never be shared without written consent, except when legally required (such as cases involving harm or safety concerns). 3. Scheduling & Cancellations • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in suspension of future bookings. 4. Payments & Invoicing All fees are clearly communicated before services begin. • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. • Digital payments accepted and electronic receipts are provided. • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. 5. Communication Policy • Email and text inquiries are typically responded to within 1–2 business days. • Coaching and consulting discussions should take place during scheduled sessions. • Emergency situations or conflicts requiring immediate attention will be prioritized appropriately. 6. Ethical Standards: We operate with integrity, compassion, and accountability. • Our consultants follow best practices in mediation, conflict resolution, and child development education. • We remain unbiased and solution-focused in all sessions. • Any conflicts of interest will be disclosed promptly. 7. Continuous Growth: Our team regularly participates in ongoing professional development and training, ensuring our services reflect current best practices. 8. Client Partnership: Our work is a partnership. We expect clients to: • Engage actively in sessions • Complete assigned action steps or reflections between meetings. • Provide feedback to help us improve your consulting experience. 9. Policy Updates: May be updated periodically to ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards.
