Kimberly C. Brown, widely known across social media as Nanny Kim on the Go, is a Professional Development Educator, Conflict Resolution Coach, Mediator, Speaker, and Author.

She equips her clients with tools to understand the “Business of Nannying” and the “Simplicity of Effective Communication.” Through her coaching, clients learn practical techniques for starting and navigating hard conversations, especially when dealing with triggers and unaddressed trauma in the workplace.

A devoted single mother to two daughters, ages 27 and 8, Kimberly currently resides in Georgia. A former foster parent, adoption advocate, and graduate of Alexandria’s School for Nannies, she has dedicated her life to supporting children, families, and the healing of childhood trauma. With a professional background in Human Resources, Finance, and Administration, she now offers monthly professional development training for nannies, parents, and small businesses through private group sessions and one-on-one coaching.

Kimberly’s faith journey began in her youth and has remained a cornerstone of her life and her business. In 2003, she graduated from The E-Team, an evangelism training program hosted by Living Light Christian Church in Kenosha, WI, where she learned how to live and lead as a Christian witness. Over the years, she has faithfully served in church leadership, guided by her belief that her ministry is to help raise strong, God-fearing children and to empower parents to recognize and nurture their children’s gifts at an early age.

Her career in childcare spans more than 25 years. She has trained Early Childhood Educators at the collegiate level, including developing and presenting on “The Importance of Family Assessment”—a topic now required in the Early Childhood Education program at the University of Arizona, her alma mater.

She has served the childcare industry by being a founding board member for multiple groundbreaking non and for profit associations  serving the community.

Through her work, Kimberly continues to bridge communication gaps between parents and caregivers, strengthening the “village” that raises a child.

Her motto states, “It takes a village to raise a child, and I’m a village leader,” reflects her lifelong mission. She is the co-author of "The Diary of a Ready Woman," ( released 2018). The author of two books: "How to Find the Perfect Nanny," (released 2021), and "Decoding Idolatry," (released 2023).
