Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the standards and expectations that guide our work and relationships with clients and partners. 1. All consultants and clients are expected to: • Communicate honestly and respectfully. • Approach all sessions and meetings with professionalism and an open mind. • Refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. 2. Confidentiality: Your trust is our priority. All personal and professional information shared during consulting, mediation, or coaching sessions remains strictly confidential. Information will never be shared without written consent, except when legally required (such as cases involving harm or safety concerns). 3. Scheduling & Cancellations • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in suspension of future bookings. 4. Payments & Invoicing All fees are clearly communicated before services begin. • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. • Digital payments accepted and electronic receipts are provided. • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. 5. Communication Policy • Email and text inquiries are typically responded to within 1–2 business days. • Coaching and consulting discussions should take place during scheduled sessions. • Emergency situations or conflicts requiring immediate attention will be prioritized appropriately. 6. Ethical Standards: We operate with integrity, compassion, and accountability. • Our consultants follow best practices in mediation, conflict resolution, and child development education. • We remain unbiased and solution-focused in all sessions. • Any conflicts of interest will be disclosed promptly. 7. Client Partnership: Our work is a partnership.
